IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition
The International Water Association (IWA) World Water Congress & Exhibition will be held in Toronto, Canada, from 11 to 15 August 2024. Whereas the Congress is a global forum by nature, attracting about 9,000 delegates from the global water sector, the Exhibition is the networking hotspot where delegates and trade visitors meet.
There will be a Netherlands Lounge at the Exhibition and Dutch organisations seeking a place in the Lounge can now book their spot.
Focusing on leading practice, innovation and solutions, the IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition provides new networking and business opportunities, and ensures maximum exposure between participants, exhibitors and sponsors. It connects attendees with the right people and the right solutions, and has a track record of fostering new collaborations and partnerships, and providing a platform for exhibitors and sponsors to raise their profile among leading water professionals and companies.
The key audience for the exhibition area are the Congress delegates, water professionals from across the full water cycle from more than 100 countries worldwide. In addition, the exhibition attracts local, regional and international trade visitors. IWA expects over 9,000 participants from the global water sector.
The international exhibition floor will be the networking hot-spot during the event. All lunches, coffee and tea breaks will be served in the exhibition hall providing key opportunities for exhibitors.
Netherlands Lounge
The Netherlands Water Partnership will organise a Netherlands Lounge at IWA's World Water Congress & Exhibition in partnership with Water Alliance and with the support of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency and Top sector Water and Maritime.
The Lounge primarily serves as the Dutch hub on the trade show floor and is the place where the Dutch water sector can showcase innovative solutions and expand the network. Lounge exhibitors can showcase their product or scale model, use the collective seating area, and even give a presentation at the Netherlands Business Forum.
In addition, all exhibitors will benefit from hassle-free and cost-effective participation, allowing them to make the most of the experience and focus on their exhibiting objectives.
Netherlands Lounge Package – EUR 2,900 excl. VAT
The NL Lounge Package includes collective stand design and construction with NL branding, stand management and organisational costs. In addition, the package includes:
- 1 shell scheme panel for poster / advertising visibility (excl. printing costs and design costs);
- 1 socket and the use of electricity;
- display of exhibitor’s logo at the collective lounge area;
- invitation to a network reception;
- 50% discount for 1 Congress delegate registration;
- stand design & construction arranged by organisers;
- on-site assistance;
- participation in matchmaking activities arranged by organisers;
- promotion of the Lounge and its exhibitors via organisers’ digital media channels, including through Dutchwatersector.com;
- mention in the event catalogue;
- timeslot to speak at the Netherlands Business Forum (pitches at IWA Business Forum, details of the programme to be confirmed); and,
- participation Sunday VIP evening, including grand opening and networking opportunities.
The packet costs are EUR 2,900 excluding VAT. Additional expenses include printing and design of shell scheme panel, travel, and stay.
Due to limited space, rental of a personal TV/LED screen is not possible. There will be 1 TV screen for the whole NL Lounge.
