Aquatech Asia

Aquatech Asia is the inaugural Asian edition of the internationally established Aquatech trade show family. Taking place at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, the event is designed to be the region's dedicated platform for water technology, integrated water management, and flood and drought management.

Aquatech Aisa is organised by RAI Amsterdam and VNU Exhibitions Asia Pacific. It combines the quality and reach of the established Aquatech brand with a specific focus on Southeast Asia's most pressing water challenges.

Climate change and rapid urbanisation are intensifying flood and drought risks across the region, threatening water security, food production, and economic growth. With over $200 billion in projected investment in water infrastructure across Southeast Asia between 2025 and 2030, the region represents a significant opportunity for Dutch water expertise. The Netherlands Lounge will offer Dutch organisations a dedicated presence at this new and significant regional platform from its very first edition.

The programme is organised in close collaboration with the partners of the PIB Cluster Thailand, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Bangkok, as well as the embassies from the ASEAN-5 countries, Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) and Aquatech Global Events.

Participation in the collective programme costs €3,000 –  3,500 (excluding VAT). The participation package includes:

• A dedicated pod at the Netherlands Lounge, including a personalised poster wall
• Your company content featured on the central NL Lounge screen
• Presentation opportunity at the Netherlands Lounge
• A speaking opportunity at the event
• Access to the network reception
• Collective matchmaking activities and business meetings engage with regional stakeholders
• Promotion and branding through the media channels of NWP, the Dutch Embassy, and Aquatech
• Full organisational support, including an online kick-off meeting, on-site guidance, and a WhatsApp group for programme updates

Early bird rate: EUR 3,000 (excl. VAT) for registrations received by 30 June. From 1 July onward, the standard rate of EUR 3,500 (excl. VAT) applies.

Please note that additional costs — such as Aquatech registration fees, panel design, travel, hotel accommodation, and local transportation — are not included.

Compared to organising an individual booth at Aquatech Asia, participation in the collective programme offers a highly cost-effective and efficient way to access the water market in Southeast Asia.
