Through the Dutch Government’s Water Support Programme, 11 Dutch embassies receive support from Dutch water experts, also called 'Strategic Advisors on Water'. The programme is jointly implemented by RVO.nl and NWP on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
