The Netherlands Pavilion at Aquatech Amsterdam 2025 is a cooperation between the Netherlands Water Partnership (NWP), Partners voor Water, and Water Alliance.

Stand packages

We offer a range of stand packages. Do you wish to showcase your products at full scale in your own area at the Pavilion, or would you rather feature your demo or scale model on a pedestal? The options are there!

Space is limited, so make sure to be among the first ones to reserve your spot!

Small stand (6m2) - € 6,750.00

• Pedestal (80x80cm) with annexed lockable storage space (60x60x110cm)

Medium stand (9m2) - € 9,150.00

Large stand (12m2) - € 11,990.00

X-Large stand (15m2) - € 15,200.00

• 3 full colour panels for your logo & visuals (100x250cm each), size and configuration depends on location

Stand space larger than the standard packages mentioned above is possible, contact us for more information.

All stand packages include being listed in the online show catalogue and use of shared facilities such as access to the NL Lounge, as well as project management and on-site operational support from NWP and Water Alliance. Each package includes carpeting, LED lighting, and one wall socket (located on the back wall) to charge laptops or telephones. Prices are inclusive of collective stand design and stand construction in the signature characteristic NL branding style that makes the Pavilion stand out.

Excluded is the mandatory registration fee of RAI Amsterdam (€ 545.00), extra furniture or an LED screen, printing of extra wall panels, wall panel design costs, travel & lodging, catering, and VAT. Additional furniture can be ordered from Expo Coach stand contractor but needs to be reviewed beforehand by NWP.

Meeting international delegations

NWP, Water Alliance, and partners will host incoming delegations from all over the world. We expect approximately 15 incoming delegations from Asia, Latin America, the USA, Australia, and Europe. The Delegations Programme primarily takes place on the exhibition floor, and consists of guided tours to visit the stands of the participants in the Pavilion, roundtable sessions on specific topics, possibly company pitches and Dutch Double Dates.

As a participant in the Netherlands Pavilion, matchmaking with the incoming delegations is included in your package. You will have unique access to the delegations, including timely information about the delegations, plus the opportunity to request a meeting with a specific delegation.

Participants of the Netherlands Pavilion are promoted beforehand to the Delegations, which increases your international brand awareness and opportunities for making new connections.

Contribute to the programming

We encourage exhibitors to contact us with ideas for sessions or topics that you would like to profile to the Aquatech visitors or incoming delegations. We are looking into the opportunities for technology pitches, workshops, peer-to-peer seminar sessions, dissemination of market intelligence etc. We will do our utmost to include your suggestion in the programming.

As a participant of the Pavilion, you will receive regular updates about the delegations and programming, such as matchmaking activities and the renowned networking reception at the Netherlands Pavilion.
