Kazakhstan delegation connects with Dutch water experts at Aquatech Amsterdam

The Vice Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation, Aslan Abdraimov, accompanied by his interpreter Assel Kamal, shared his perspective. "The Kingdom of the Netherlands is a pioneer in water resource management, and we are looking for innovative solutions to move forward."

In a carefully curated programme, the Kazakh delegation was introduced to many start-up innovations, including a water bridge technology that uses electricity to enhance water connectivity. The Vice Minister expressed his enthusiasm, saying "I saw several ideas and innovations that were of great interest to me. I will take these ideas back to my country for further research and implementation."

Overall, he found the experience at Aquatech Amsterdam highly positive. "Aquatech is an amazing platform. It allows us to engage, cooperate, and discuss how to move forward together. We will certainly be coming back for more."
