As an NWP member, you join the largest and most diverse water network in the Netherlands. Our members include companies, government agencies, knowledge institutions, and NGOs, working on water management, water governance, flood prevention, engineering, reliable water supply, and safe drinking water and sanitation.

Work at NWP’s office in The Hague

Eligibility for membership

There are many good reasons to become an NWP member, and the only requirement is to be registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (CoC). With your membership you express your disposition to join efforts towards a water driven future.

Membership types & fees

NWP offers membership to independent water experts and organisations.

Independent experts are subject to a first-year fee of EUR 495 (pro-rated) and an annual fee of EUR 750 for subsequent years. For organisations, the annual fee is determined according to company size.

Small enterprises (2–10 employees): a three-year fee scheme applies, with a first-year fee of EUR 750*, a second-year fee of EUR 1,250*, and a fee of EUR 1,750 from the third year onwards.
Medium-sized enterprises (11-50 employees): EUR 1,750
Large enterprises (more than 50 employees): EUR 3,500
*First and second year rates apply to first-time memberships only. If a small enterprise discontinues its membership within the first two years, the standard fee of EUR 1,750 will apply upon renewal.

Membership cancellation

Membership can be terminated at the end of the calendar year with a written notice period of two months. Terms and conditions apply.
