The Dutch water sector is participating in IFAT, the world's leading trade fair for environmental technologies, through the Netherlands Pavilion.
IFAT Munich offers the largest platform for water, sewage, waste, and raw materials management and receives more than 140,000 visitors from over 160 countries and regions. It takes place every two years and has firmly established itself since its founding in 1966 as an industry meeting place. It gathers the industry from all over the world and its innovative offer sets benchmarks for the future. IFAT brings you over 3,300 exhibitors from about 60 countries and regions; and 260,000 square meters of exhibition space.
The Dutch water sector will be present at IFAT Munich through the traditional Netherlands Pavilion located at A3.217/316. The Pavilion will be hosted by the Netherlands Water Partnership (NWP) and Water Alliance.

The European Benchmarking Co-operation (EBC Foundation) is a not-for-profit sector initiative to improve drinking water and wastewater services. EBC offers drinking water and wastewater utilities a leading improvement and knowledge exchange programme, in which participants gain insight into potential improvement areas, industry best practices, and innovations through extensive, annual benchmarking exercises and knowledge exchange events. EBC is also involved in several Water Operator Partnerships globally with a benchmarking component as a basis for capacity building.
