UN International Procurement Seminar 2025 in Copenhagen

The UN International Procurement Seminar (UN IPS) will be organised by the Netherlands in collaboration with the United Kingdom and Ireland in 2025. During the event, various UN experts will inform you about:

• the UN’s general strategy;
• the procurement processes of various agencies;
• the possibilities for cooperation.

In addition, the UN agencies will explain the developments in the field of procurement. They will also discuss their requirements and expectations for future procurement. You can also have a one-on-one conversation with UN experts and meet other interested entrepreneurs.

• Logistics

Who for?

The seminar is for companies that want to do business with the UN and are looking for knowledge and contacts within the wide UN organisation. It is also interesting for companies that want to expand their existing network within the UN.

Opportunities for procurement assignments

Collaboration with the UN offers many business opportunities for Dutch entrepreneurs. Worldwide, in 2023 the organisation purchased USD 24.9 billion worth of goods and services. Dutch companies and institutions supplied approximately USD 569 million worth of goods and services ranging from medicines to IT services.

Participation and costs

Participation costs EUR 200 per person. You can register up to two people. Travel and accommodation costs are at your own expense.
