IFAT Munich
From 4 to 7 May 2026, the Netherlands Pavilion will once again be featured at IFAT Munich — one the world’s leading trade fairs for water, waste, and environmental technologies. Organised by Water Alliance and Netherlands Water Partnership (NWP), we will jointly present a powerful showcase of Dutch water innovation, expertise and international collaboration.
Each edition of IFAT Munich attracts over 150,000 visitors and 3,000 exhibitors from more than 60 countries. It is the place to make a large number of relevant contacts in a short time, and to experience the latest developments within the international water and environmental technology sector.
During IFAT Munich 2026, the Netherlands will once again be represented under the familiar banner of the Netherlands Pavilion, hosted by Water Alliance and the Netherlands Water Partnership. It is funded through the WTEX10 program, an initiative of the Dutch government, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, and the Top Sector Water & Maritime, in cooperation with Water Alliance and NWP.
In addition, the Netherlands Pavilion is supported through the SBP programme of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO). We also receive valuable support from the Dutch Consulate-General in Munich for the networking reception.

Participation package: €6,750 excl. VAT
At the Netherlands Pavilion, we offer a single participation package. This package is significantly more affordable than booking your own booth at IFAT Munich, while still giving you strong visibility and a smart return on investment.
This package provides a compact yet powerful presence at the pavilion:
- Poster spot with standing table/chair, lockable storage space, and space for a demo unit (in consultation)
- One poster with your logo, short company or technology description, and image (excl. printing costs)
- Three exhibitor badges per participant (extra badge at € 45,- per person)
- Marketing & communication support via Water Alliance and NWP media channels
- Use of the shared pavilion area, including use of all collective facilities
- Active matchmaking and networking support at IFAT
- Participation in the Pavilion exhibitors dinner (1 person included; additional guests at extra cost)
- Communication fee valued at €645 per co-exhibitor
