In collaboration with Peter Westerhuis, an expert in entrepreneurship and former International Distribution Manager at Van Essen, NWP is offering a training trajectory for Dutch small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to help them achieve their goals – from entering the global market, to expanding internationally or developing a distribution network.
The training trajectory will consist of two training sessions taking place in the International Water House in The Hague on 8 November and 1 December, followed by a customised one year guidance programme that includes three mandatory working sessions. In addition, participants could tap into the knowledge and guidance of the NWP team and our expert Peter Westerhuis during informal support sessions.
The training sessions are designed in such a way that participants can apply the information and knowledge gained to their own companies. Good proof of it is the opportunity that SMEs have to contribute to the training programme with their own case studies. Obstacles and challenges encountered can be shared with the group so that we can help each other to tackle them.
Enhancing your business
During the two sessions, you will develop (or improve) your business plan, conduct a detailed SWOT analysis, and carry out a thorough analysis of your competition. These insights together with an extension of your international network will help you take the next step in doing business.
In order to enrol for the customised one year programme, you are required to be registered at the Dutch Chambre of Commerce and have attended both training sessions.
The training trajectory will come with self-paced learning tasks. You are expected to attend the sessions prepared and do the assignments in time for each session.
