Registration for GES 2019 officially open

Monday 17 December, the registration for the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) 2019 was officially opened. The Summit will be held on 4 and 5 June 2019 at the World Forum in The Hague. GES’ mission is to support the next generation of entrepreneurs, international companies and institutions that offer innovative solutions to social challenges.

Water is one of the key sectors

The 2019 Summit will cover the role of businesses in achieving global challenges while simultaneously capitalising on the business opportunities that they present. The sectors chosen to reflect areas of industry in which the Netherlands has a proven strong and unique track record are agriculture, connectivity, energy, health and water. The Dutch water sector is therefore highly encouraged to attend.

Innovators and investors

GES offers a unique and international platform to bring innovative companies into contact with investors. GES allows entrepreneurs to pitch their ideas, expand their networks, build partnerships, and secure funding. It is a space for investors to engage with other investors and discover emerging talent.

More information and registration

There are 200 seats available for Dutch entrepreneurs and the closing date for free registration is 1 March, so be sure to apply on time if you wish to attend this one of a kind event. The selection of participants will take place after registration. The expected number of participants at the event is 2,000.

NWP will take the lead in the Summit’s water theme and will work on the conference programme with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and stakeholders from the water sector.
