Our office culture is international, social, and informal. Our team is dynamic, proactive, knowledgeable, creative, and determined to make a difference. And is willing and able to adapt to ever-changing situations. We are born networkers and that fits NWP's ethos of connecting the right people wherever they are. We maintain close contact with our NWP members, strategic partners, and policymakers, and believe in collaboration to reach our collective global goals.
Many of us travel regularly to host international events, accompany Dutch or international delegations, make sure that our programmes meet expectations, and so on. We travel responsibly, using public transport and car-pooling as much as we can. We work and meet using hybrid means to keep in touch internationally. We use our office in The Hague more often to meet with colleagues and exchange ideas. We have an open office, casual meeting spaces, and formal meeting rooms. Our visitors and members frequently use our facilities – a great way of bringing people together.
We enjoy each other's company, work hard, like to laugh, and have a strong team spirit.
We are a small organisation with a wide global reach. We expect versatility from our team members as well as openness, integrity and a good measure of energy and enthusiasm. We do not always have space to expand our team but do keep in touch to see what’s happening.
