Topics of the meeting
Besides looking back on a very eventful year, we will look forward to the activities and opportunities arising in Egypt in 2019. The new Delta Coordinator for Egypt, Job van Thiel, will share with us his takeaways from Cairo Water Week and his perspective on the direction of the bilateral cooperation. The Trade Counsellor of the Egyptian Embassy will update us on current economic developments in Egypt, and we will hear from Dutch businesses and research institutes about their current projects, observations, and outlook for 2019. During short interactive sessions, we will zoom in on specific opportunities or themes such as Climate-Proof Port Said and Improvements in Water Quality and Efficiency. We will end the meeting with a networking drinks reception. We look forward to seeing you!
