WEFTEC

There is no better place than WEFTEC to meet water professionals from around the world and experience first-hand the best in water quality education, leading experts, the latest technology and trends, and proven solutions. In September 2023 WEFTEC will be back in Chicago with the striking Netherlands Pavilion.

Water professionals and products and services suppliers come to WEFTEC year after year to participate in the world-class education opportunities and to learn about the latest innovative water quality technologies up-close. It is the opportunity to connect with representatives of almost every segment in the US water sector.

Joint Dutch expertise

The Netherlands Pavilion at WEFTEC 2023 is a joint cooperation between the Netherlands Water Partnership (NWP) and Water Alliance. Exhibitors at the Netherlands Pavilion at WEFTEC are offered three propositions for participating:

• Connect with your customers in your own area within the Netherlands Pavilion
• Showcase your product(s) on a pedestal in the Netherlands Pavilion and profit from (online) marketing and logo visibility and use of the Netherlands Lounge as a landing spot for walking the exhibition floor and visiting the conferences and workshops
• Brand awareness through (online) marketing and logo visibility and use of the Netherlands Lounge as a landing spot for walking the exhibition floor and attending the conferences and workshops

Benefits of participating in WEFTEC 2023

The Netherlands Pavilion at WEFTEC 2023 is a joint collaboration between Water Alliance and the Netherlands Water Partnership (NWP) organised as part of the WTEX10 programme.

Packages

Exhibitors in the Netherlands Pavilion at WEFTEC are given three options for participation. 

Bronze Package: € 2,800.-

• Poster spot
• 1 Poster with your logo, short description of your company or technology, and image (excluding printing costs)
• Shared use of the common lounge area (furniture and brochure rack)
• Use of the collective catering facilities
• Active matchmaking, programming and networking activities at WEFTEC and during the side programmes
   

Silver Package: € 3,800.-

• Poster area with high table & chairs
• 1 Poster with your logo, short description of your company or technology, and images (excluding printing costs)
• Shared use of the common lounge area (furniture and brochure rack)
• Use of the collective catering facilities
• Active matchmaking, programming and networking activities at WEFTEC and during the side programmes
   

Gold Package: €5,200.-

• Poster area with high table & chairs and space for demo unit
• 1 Poster with your logo, short description of your company or technology, and image (excluding printing costs)
• Shared use of the common lounge area (furniture and brochure rack)
• Use of the collective catering facilities
• Active matchmaking, programming and networking activities at WEFTEC and during the side programmes
   

The Pavilion Packages include collective stand design and construction with NL branding, stand management, basic catering and organisational costs. The cost of printing of posters, travel and accommodation, and VAT are not included.
