As a sector, we are already innovating extensively. The ambition and drive are evident, but we still need to work on bringing these innovations into practice. Days like this are crucial for making progress together.

A new podcast series was also recorded during the TKI Water Technology Day. Hosted by De Radiofabriek, the series features interviews with various innovators and research institutions on how they transformed early-stage ideas into market-ready solutions. The podcasts highlight Dutch experts from industry and academia sharing insights and experiences on how private innovators and research organisations collaborated to move concepts (TRL 1–3) to market-ready solutions (TRL 7–9).
These discussions offer a unique behind-the-scenes look at successful TKI Water Technology projects, demonstrating how collaboration accelerates innovation and inspires new initiatives to tackle water challenges effectively. Keep an eye on the NWP website for the podcast episodes.
