Two current projects are developing in Chile under the Partners for Water programme:
(a) The Integrated Water Resource Management approach GIRAGUA in the Elqui river basin. The project includes aquifer recharge practices and the potential application of water technology approaches. This project is led by Deltares and involves also Dutch water technology companies.

(b) The coastal rehabilitation project at Los Vilos with the application of Building with Nature solutions. This project is led by Arcadis and involves different stakeholders in Chile.
During the country platform on September 2019, about 30 participants interested to develop business or cooperation initiatives in Chile shared their ideas and were also informed about the current priorities for the Chilean government.
NWP actively collaborates with NLinBusiness, a not for profit Dutch Business Hub network and full service platform that helps Dutch entrepreneurs (SME) to set foot in new export markets. NLinBusiness helps them to expand their international business by introducing them to relevant service providers and networks.
